Circle ($148)這杯雞尾酒不算太濃烈，由頂部至底部，含有Ketel One Vodka、Hibiscus & Green Peppercorn Cordial，以及Fresh Peach Puree，分別是三種不同的層次，所以上枱的時候可以看到3種非常鮮艷的顏色，飲用的時候可以先攪拌，入口酸酸甜甜，是非常容易入口的雞尾酒。

餐牌中較後的酒，是比較濃烈的，這個是其中一款，包含Talisker 10 year、Pu Erh Tea、Cynar，以及Bonito Bitter ，還會附上一顆朱古力。以中國茶的茶杯奉上，與內裡的普洱茶互相呼應。客人可先吃一口朱古力，再品嚐一口雞尾酒，中和了酒的濃烈味道，而又不會太甜，習慣了後就算不吃朱古力，亦不會覺得酒會難以入口。
Towards the end of the menu, a more intense option awaits. One such cocktail comprises Talisker 10-year whiskey, Pu Erh Tea, Cynar, and Bonito Bitter, accompanied by a single chocolate piece. Served in a Chinese tea cup, it harmonizes with the Pu Erh tea inside. Guests can start with a bite of chocolate, followed by a sip of the cocktail to balance its robust flavors, not overly sweet. Once accustomed, even without the chocolate, the cocktail remains approachable.
