Still thinking about the 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒃𝒃𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑩𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉 we had at Lobster Bar a few months ago!😍The set includes bread to start, 3 courses, plus unlimited servings of house red and white wines, selected beers and Martinis! The perfect brunch for all you alcoholics out there🍸🤪Went for the 【𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐬🥒】 with brown butter hollandaise and the 【𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐱🐟】 featuring house-cured salmon with honey mustard and dill dressing for appetisers. Went for the 【𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐬🥒】 with brown butter hollandaise and the 【𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐱🐟】 featuring house-cured salmon with honey mustard and dill dressing for appetisers. Both made great starters.

But I must confess, their super hyped【𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫🍔】 was the main reason why we decided to go for brunch! Haven’t had a 魚柳包in so long and just the thought of being able to get one that’s approached in a refined manner by a high-end resto is intriguing enough!
The sole fillet was moist, flakey and beautifully battered, topped with melted cheddar cheese and a dollop of dill-laced tartar sauce, then sandwiched in between fluffy potato buns to seal the deal. Def a much much elevated version of McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish!🤩

And if you’re adamant about getting your lobster fix at Lobster Bar, you can go for their【𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥🦞】 instead which is just as good as the fish burger! Pillowy and buttery brioche + fresh lobster + yuzu koshu mayonnaise + extra sauce which basically tasted like concentrated lobster bisque - I mean, what’s not to love?!?

However, I’d say the true MVPs of the meal were in fact THE PIES‼️
The【𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐞🥧】 substitutes calamansi for the classic lemon, resulting in a pie that has less of a tang but is still super refreshing and aromatic! Meringue on top was super light and velvety and beautifully torched. A citrus meringue pie done right!

And the 【𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐞🍌】… I mean, OMG hands down the best I’ve had! I’m usually more of a citrus curd type of person but this banoffee pie won me over big time! The airy cream, the sweet banana slices, the caramel that had such depth in flavour, together with the buttery and crunchy pie crust all assembled in perfect ratio… Heavenly!
