茄子蕃茄醬手捲螺旋粉

由於頭盤選擇了火腿拼盤,肉類比較多,所以意粉就選了一個素菜。茄子蕃茄醬手捲螺旋粉,這個名字聽起上來好像比較單調,但是卻令人有驚喜,因為廚師將茄子炸過所以有少量香脆的口感,再加上蕃茄醬及芝士,味道層次非常多,而且手捲螺旋粉的口感非常彈牙,又吸收了很多番茄醬汁,所以不論口感及味道都一流
Since I chose the meat-heavy ham platter as the starter, I opted for a vegetarian pasta dish. The Eggplant and Tomato Sauce Fusilli, despite its seemingly simple name, exceeded my expectations. The chef lightly fried the eggplant, adding a slight crispness, which, combined with the tomato sauce and cheese, created a delightful layering of flavors. The fusilli was also perfectly al dente and absorbed a generous amount of the tomato sauce, making both the texture and taste exceptional.

雜果意式奶凍
Panna Cotta Macedonia
春天已經來臨,所以餐廳亦提供了一些限時的菜式,這個甜品就是其中之一,之前跟餐的奶凍,是配上酸甜的紅莓醬,但是這個卻配上了不同的水果,味道更加豐富,本來以為會與奶凍不太夾,但是與奶凍混合後出奇地有一種清新的感覺
With spring now upon us, the restaurant features some limited-time dishes, one of which is this dessert. Previously, I enjoyed a panna cotta paired with a tart raspberry sauce, but this version comes with an assortment of fruits, enriching the flavor profile. I initially thought the fruits might not complement the panna cotta, but their combination surprisingly yielded a refreshing taste.
