今日去新蒲崗嗰度食晚餐，我覺得呢間餐廳呢坐得好舒服，好溫馨，有屋企嘅感覺。我們叫左：慢煮手撕豬腩窩夫三文治慢煮豬腩肉質鮮嫩，煮得非常之好，搭配香脆窩夫。窩夫整得好完美，一啲都唔硬。豬腩醬汁味道濃郁，同窩夫非常之夾。意大利烘蛋配虎蝦意大利烘蛋質感柔滑，搭配新鮮虎蝦，讓整道菜充滿海鮮鮮味。法式千層酥（抹茶士多啤梨配士多啤梨雪糕） 呢個甜品做得非常之出色，初初我唔知咩係千層酥誤會咗以為係千層蛋糕。食落去嘅時候千層酥入邊有抺茶忌廉襯托，再加上士多啤梨一啲都唔甜。我覺得而家香港人應該好鍾意食呢種甜品，唔太甜又有鬆脆嘅感覺。Today I went to eat dinner in San Po Kong, and I felt that this restaurant was very comfortable and cozy, giving a homely feeling.We ordered:Slow-cooked Pulled Pork Waffle SandwichThe slow-cooked pork was tender and cooked perfectly, paired

Slow-cooked Pulled Pork Waffle Sandwich
The slow-cooked pork was tender and cooked perfectly, paired with crispy waffles. The waffles were made flawlessly, not hard at all. The sauce of the pork was rich in flavor, which complemented the waffles very well.
Italian Baked Eggs with Tiger Prawns
The texture of the Italian baked eggs was smooth, paired with fresh tiger prawns, making the dish full of seafood freshness. The aroma of the baked eggs harmonized beautifully with the sweetness of the prawns.
French Mille-Feuille (Matcha Strawberry with Strawberry Ice Cream)
This dessert was exceptionally well-made. At first, I didn’t know what mille-feuille was and mistakenly thought it was a layer cake. When I tasted it, the mille-feuille had matcha cream inside, complemented by strawberries that were not sweet at all. I think people in Hong Kong would really like this type of dessert now, as it’s not too sweet and has a crispy texture.
