為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施,與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘,環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃,參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼,以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳,供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請,申請費用全免。

麵尊在銅鑼灣的分店, 可以說是人潮如湧, 而且人流比開張時更誇張, 可說是愈戰愈勇. 上環店沒有銅鑼灣店般裝修時尚, 也沒有如霓虹光管及高吧枱的擺設, 就是很基本的麵店裝修, 圓枱圓椅, 功能性為主. 菜式選擇兩家店也是大同小異, 最吸引我的是其辣醬, 不是麻辣的川味, 而是炒得很香, 純粹香辣口味的傳統風味, 深得我心. 豬頸肉的爽和嫩也比大部份車仔麵店, 甚至是泰菜店的燒豬頸肉來得出色. 其他如豬大腸和豬皮也滷得入味, 煮得腍而不散, 米粉爽而不糊, 湯頭有辣香, 而滷香的鮮甜味, 不只是一般的醬溝煮麵水, 真心有誠意.The branch of Min Jun in Causeway Bay can be described as crowded with people, and the crowd is even more overwhelming than when it first opened. The branch of Min Jun in Causeway Bay can be described as crowded with people, and the crowd is even more overwhelming than when it first opened. The Sheung Wan branch doesn’t have the fashionable decoration like the Causeway Bay branch, nor does it have the display of neon lights and high bar counters. It has a basic noodle shop decoration, with round tables and chairs, focusing on functionality. The menu selection is similar between the two branches. What attracts me the most is their spicy sauce. It‘s not the numbing and spicy Sichuan flavor, but a purely fragrant and spicy traditional flavor, which really appeals to me. The pork neck meat is tender and juicy, even better than most cart noodle shops or Thai restaurants’ roasted pork neck meat. Other ingredients such as pork intestines and pork skin are braised to perfection, cooked until tender but not falling apart, and the rice noodles are smooth without being mushy. The broth has a spicy aroma and the braised flavor is both fresh and sweet. It‘s not just an ordinary sauce poured over cooked noodles; it is sincerely made with dedication.
