BIANCO & ROSSO .⭐️Favourites:🐤 Whole Three Yellow Chicken 1.6 kg 🍦 Bluefin tuna cornetto 🥟 Homemade ricotta ravioli .💭Thoughts: Chicken was so tender and huge! The bluefin tuna cornetto was definitely a highlight, filled with layers of tuna tartare and avocado and topped with caviar! The raviolis were so creamy and stuffed with ricotta with a gentle mushroom sauce to go with it. The beef tartare was a tad too chunky cld use a bit more mustard.
