條鰻魚係堅巨型,勁厚肉,肉質好tender。個叉燒質感好特別,唔知點解有d似雞腎,好爽口,整體個叉燒都偏瘦,無咩肥膏,上面加上蔥油,帶出傳統香港口味。
個多士係有驚喜,新鮮整出黎,焢得好脆。個咸牛肉同蛋份量豐富,亦都有咸香。呢個係雙層多士黎GEH,嘩,另外果層,有熱溶牛油,勁邪惡,但勁好食。
個豬扒係物有所值,外表炸得乾身亦香脆,肉質多汁唔會話過熟,好食!
The eel was HUGE, very meaty and the meat was really tender. The roasted pork has got a very special texture, the texture felt a bit like chicken kidney, not the greasy type of "char siu", together with some chopped scallion and ginger, it totally brings out the Hong Kong style.
The toast was surprisingly good, the bread was crunch on the outside, and soft inside. The corned beef and scrambled eggs have a very generous portion, freshly made. This is a "double-decker" sandwich, there was some melted butter on the "second deck", it totally made it even more amazing.
The pork was worth the price, it was deep fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, and the pork was very tender and juicy, not overcooked at all.
