前排係咁打邊爐又食麻甩野,好耐無食過精緻西餐,見到呢間係灣仔嘅hEat有個都算抵食嘅二人餐,龍蝦、蠔、鵝肝呢D高級食材都齊哂,一共有8個courses, 就book左位黎試下~~Crab and lobster bisque- 龍蝦湯唔係極creamy個種質地,唔會太膩,而且個味係做到極濃郁,好快俾我清哂XDTuna steak- 呢個好有驚喜,唔係好多西餐可以食到,裡面仲keep到粉嫩,加埋個芒果莎莎醬好fresh,份量都唔少Oysters- 呢個dish加左芝士同菠菜焗特別creamy,好香口,仲有D岩鹽可以沾黎食襯托返個鮮味Foie gras- 呢個鵝肝好好食!而且配搭都好特別,係加左隻溫泉蛋,令鵝肝食落口會更加嫩滑,而且個sauce係port wine caramel,個甜香令到成件事唔會太油Seasonal clams- 啲蜆粒粒都好大隻,唔同平事ge白汁,呢度用左lemongrass同南薑做個醬料,感覺似西泰fushionWhole lobster- 龍蝦黎啦!!!呢道菜係配搭左cous cous非洲小米,個龍蝦啖啖肉45-day dry aged greater Omah

45-day dry aged greater Omaha striploin
- 呢個睇相都知好食,striploin係牛嘅前腰脊,無筋得黎熟度剛好,十分出色
dessert
最後緊係需要甜品wrap up,分別有心太軟同lemon sorbet tart,兩個都唔錯,樣靚又好食
