諗住唔洗比其他外賣平台抽成，八點經網上系統嗌外賣。網上系統8:05PM商家收到訂單，8:15PM備餐，8:35PM配送。9:20PM未到，打電話去問話系統有問題，依家先見到張單。等咗個幾鐘先講無。要叫外賣既人唔該諗清楚。Think before you do if you call for a delivery!We used their online system for a delivery ordering. The system clearly showed the order is received by the restaurant and preparing the food. After half and hour waiting, we called but the staff inform they just receive the order. Nonsense!

We used their online system for a delivery ordering. The system clearly showed the order is received by the restaurant and preparing the food. After half and hour waiting, we called but the staff inform they just receive the order. Nonsense!
