感覺上buffet有啲菜式變左食譜同質素。Roast beef汁好甜，印度羊肉咖哩超苦，caesar salad 汁無乜味，foie gras好神奇係口感似pâté.蟹腳就keep到個水準嘅， 青口都唔錯👍蝦就麻麻地，太腍了所以好感唔太好。今日個湯係南瓜湯，本身都唔鐘意呢鐘湯啦，但係味道唔多好食，唔係好甜，一種好健康既味道。煮熟嗰啲青口嗰啲汁真係無乜味，所以食落去唔會覺得好食。拎roast beef嘅時候個廚師切得好奇怪，唔係一大片。今日餐廳無乜人，所以其實應該好容易切出一大片肉🤔🤔個waffle🧇唔知點係咪個batter變左，但係都無之前咁好食。Macaron就同平時一樣咁好食👍雪糕睇你揀咩味道。個泰式奶茶雪糕唔係好推薦得一個好濃嘅茶味，冇乜泰式嘅香料味。好立克阿華田雪糕幾好食。 唯一冇變嘅就系個kids corner, 心諗呢度一個小朋友都冇。而家staycation唔流行，咁點解有呢個需要keep個kids corner，又低質又霸佔好多位。我細個時候來個時候都冇kids corner, 我都食得好開心，點解呢個kids corner要繼續存在呢？整體黎講以前可以話好食，而家可以

整體黎講以前可以話好食，而家可以就普普通通。我懷疑係咪廚師走咗。除左蟹腳，無其他係期待食嘅。
成個餐廳勁多空位，有鐘好空蕩嘅感覺。見到個robot server🤖 同個 waiter 同一時工作，真係覺得個世界變左了，好食又高質嘅Tiffin都去唔返了。
It seems that the quality of the buffet dishes has changed. The roast beef sauce is overly sweet, the Indian lamb curry is extremely bitter, the caesar salad dressing lacks flavor, and the foie gras surprisingly has a texture similar to pâté.
The crab legs are maintained at a decent standard, and the mussels are also good👍.
The shrimp is mediocre, too soft so the overall texture is not very good.
Today's soup is pumpkin soup, which isn't my favourite even when done well. This soup wasn't very good, not very sweet, and more of a healthy flavor. Bring back the bouillabaisse soup or mushroom soup.
The cooked mussels sauce has very little flavor, so the mussels taste a bit bland.
When I took the roast beef, the chef cut it in a strange way, not a large slice. There weren't many people in the restaurant today, so there should be a lot of meat left. Shouldn't it be very easy to cut a whole piece of beef🤔🤔.
The waffle🧇 I'm not sure if there was something different with the batter, but it didn't taste as good as before.
The macarons are as tasty as usual👍.
For the ice cream, it depends on what flavor you choose. The Thai milk tea ice cream is not recommended as it only has a strong tea flavor and lacks any Thai spices, so it taste a bit bland. The Horlick and ovaltine ice cream is quite delicious.
Overall, I used to say it was delicious, but now it's just average. I suspect that maybe the chef has changed. Apart from the crab legs, and maybe the macaron, there was nothing else I was looking forward to eating.
The only thing that hasn't changed is the kids corner. There are no children here😂. Staycations are not popular now, so why is there still a need to keep the kids corner? It's of low quality and takes up a lot of space. When I was young, there was never a kids corner, and I enjoyed the food a lot. Why does this kids corner needs to continue existing?
The whole restaurant has a lot of empty seats, giving a feeling of emptiness. Seeing the robot server🤖 and the waiter working at the same time, it really feels like the world has changed, and the previously delicious and high-quality buffet like Tiffin can no longer come back.
