今次要介紹嘅係位於尖東海旁嘅LaVilla TST，可以觀覽到尖東嘅美景當然價錢都會偏高返少少，但係佢哋嘅半自助午餐都幾抵食，同夜晚嘅主菜差唔多價錢仲有埋自助吧。LaVilla TST is located near the seafront of East Tsim Sha Tsui. 我哋兩個人一個剩係叫自助吧，另一個加肉眼扒作主菜。先論肉眼扒，份量真係唔算多，但係質量都符合預期，牛扒烤得好香而且肉味出，質地唔會太硬導致難咬，燒汁都幾搭配。薯蓉有驚喜，分開切粒同全蓉，頗有薯香。
到自助吧，款式以午餐嘅標準都算幾多。我哋認為自助吧有三款食品要食，首先係暖肚嘅南瓜湯，材料充足，質感相對有稠糊。然後係鵝肝配多士，表面嘅醬汁呈酸甜味，解去鵝肝嘅膩，令到整體嘅平衡更好。最值得一提嘅係吞拿魚，表面上包住芝麻再用火烤過，但係內裡為此住鮮甜嘅吞拿魚味道，再伴上少許醬油更能提升鮮味。整體而言，自助吧選擇豐富，而再加主菜嘅價錢都唔算貴，午市時段可以一試。
We have ordered one semi-buffet with US prime rib-eye as the main course and another with just buffet bar. The size of the rib-eye is not large but acceptable quality. Well cooked with outstanding flavour and tender texture. It matches perfectly with truffle jus and the mashed potato.
Wide variety of food is served in the buffet bar, and we recommend three dishes to be your prior choices. The taste of squash soup and gives a dense texture. Foie gras with toast is topped with a sweet and sour sauce that remove the greasiness of foie gras. We recommend tuna the most with its surface slightly grilled and covered with sesame, while the inner part remains its freshness. The flavour would further enhance with a drop of soy sauce. Overall, choices of food are more than satisfactory and the premium of the main course is not expensive. This lunch semi-buffet is worth to try.
