A traditional taste of Cart noodles. The taste can recall my childhood when the first time I ate with my parents. I was lucky enough to have a meeting with my client in Wong tai sin. My client introduced me to go to this shop. At first , I wondered is that really a traditional taste of Hong Kong. Once I had tried the chicken wing , beef brisket, pork blood. At first , I wondered is that really a traditional taste of Hong Kong. Once I had tried the chicken wing , beef brisket, pork blood. It could recall the long lost taste that disappeared in Hong Kong .
Luckily I could eat spicy, I could try their chill sauce, curry sauce and satay sauce.
The most impressed me was not only the food but also the staff who served me. Even though I am not good on Cantonese , they have a great staff who can speak English well.
Please keep up the good work and that traditional taste of Hong Kong as many shops had faded out due to the high rent in Hong Kong.
