🥩Slow-cook beef big Don 230g ($148)🥩
😍The presentation was nice, the beef were soft and tender, 😋which were greatly matched with the Japanese rice. However, 🤨the white wasabi sauce were of no taste, so they could modify it or even remove it🤷🏻♀️
☄️Seared Mixed Sashimi Big Don ($165)☄️
🎨The sashimi looked pale and not burnt enough, 🔥I was looking forward to try the fish Karei, 🍣but it disappointed me as it didn’t melt in my mouth and had a lot of tendons. 🤔The quality of other fishes were just acceptable, so no surprise for me 😟
😋Overall (Taste, CP value, Environment, Service): 6/10
