老細請食開年飯,揀咗呢間喺堅尼地城嘅西餐 - Butcher & Baker Cafe。呢度好靚,原來係 Castelo Concepts集團嘅,即係 Jasper's 同 Oolaa 嘅同門,質素應該有返咁上下。餐廳門口有個好靚嘅花店,好似agnes b fleuriste, 令人不禁駐足觀賞一番。入到去舖面裝修一樣咁靚,適逢新春,西餐廳都應吓節放啲桃花結下人緣姻緣;店舖裏面嘅綠化環境,令食客有置身海外旅遊嘅感覺,頓感輕鬆自在。呢度嘅 set lunch menu 係定價 HK$128+10%,咁好自然就會揀啲 "矜貴啲" 嘅嘢食啦! Starter - Fish Cakes with Sweet Chili & Lemongrass Sauce呢個頭盤係 fusion 菜,煎魚餅裡面混入咗綿綿嘅薯蓉同香茜,配上帶有少少辣椒粒嘅泰式酸甜醬,作為小食都幾開胃。同事就點咗呢個 Baby Octopus Salad with mixed green,顧名思義就係八爪魚仔雜菜沙律,不過好欣賞佢哋用咗上十款唔同種類嘅蔬菜做呢個沙律,配合略略烤過嘅八爪魚仔,鮮味一絕。至於 Main Course
呢個有啲似旺角嗰間 Stacks,用兩塊cookies夾住一個雪糕球,因為我唔係咁鍾意食椰絲,所以呢個甜品就唔係好啱我,食咗個雲呢拿雪糕球就投降啦。如果有朱古力味嘅甜品,相信會更受歡迎! 總括嚟講,呢個價錢呢個環境呢個份量,我覺得已經相當唔錯,而且今餐係老細請食飯,講真都已經好滿足啦!多謝晒~
