Yakiniku, Japanese grilled meats. This is a self-services experience, we start grill from the leaner part of wagyu, it tastes tender and succulent.
Cannot satisfy by eating these, so next, we start to grill Medium and Fatty slices, see that juicy piece of delicate marbled snowflakes wagyu, the fat is melted during the grill in a few second, with a few flakes of salt and pepper, and literally melt in my mouth, feel like in paradise.
