今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於銅鑼灣嘅和牛蕃，主打日山和牛。處於 Tower 535 內，環境舒適寬闊，令人較安心進食。Wagyu Vanne is located in Causeway Bay Tower 535, specializes in Hiyama wagyu, Japanese yakiniku. 日山 A5 和牛 & 美國牛舌 (Hiyama A5 Wagyu & USA Tongue) $248
A5 和牛顏色粉嫩，油脂香十足，入口有滑溜溜嘅質感，而牛舌質感彈牙爽口。要注意嘅係全部牛肉都好薄，所以記得唔好燒太耐。套餐內嘅菠蘿刨冰味道好清新，正好有解膩作用。整體上都覺得和牛配牛舌依個組合拿捏得幾好。
The A5 wagyu is pink in colour, with a strong fragrant. You can feel how smooth and tender once you have placed it in your mouth. The ox tongue tastes chewy and bouncing. Please be aware not to overcook the beef as it is thinly sliced. The pineapple shaved ice is refreshing and great in neutralizing the greasiness of the wagyu. We both agree on the combination of wagyu and ox tongue is good as a lunch set.

澳洲肩胛肉 (Australian Chuck Roll) $88
澳洲肩胛肉嘅肉味則較和牛更濃烈，依個份量剛好合適淺嚐兩種唔同嘅牛肉。
The Australian chuck roll tastes stronger than the wagyu. The portion and the price is just fit for us to try both types of beef.

日山 A5 和牛壽司 (Hiyama A5 Wagyu Sushi) $108
日山和牛配上海膽，營造出入口即化嘅感覺，頗為特別。我哋認為價錢上較貴，試一次便可。
The wagyu sushi is topped with sea urchin, which gives an extremely tender and melting texture. We suggest trying it once is more than enough, as it's quite expensive.

西班牙豬腩肉 (Spanish Pork Belly) $148
豬腩肉肥瘦適中，可以同時品嘗到唔同嘅層次。我哋偏好較熟嘅豬腩肉，可以令鬆脆嘅表層包裹住柔軟嘅腩肉。
The layering of the Spanish pork belly is clear. We prefer a more cooked pork belly, as the crispy surface can wrap over the soft belly meat inside.
