Tsim Sha Tsui is a busy place packed with many different kind of cuisines to choose from. No matter it's on the ground level or hidden in the buildings, you will surely find something to fit your taste buds. Shine is easily accessible if you walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (exit D) or iSquare  (exit H). Tsim Sha Tsui is a busy place packed with many different kind of cuisines to choose from. No matter it's on the ground level or hidden in the buildings, you will surely find something to fit your taste buds. Shine is easily accessible if you walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station (exit D) or iSquare  (exit H). We chose iSquare exit as it was closer from our train cart. Prince Tower is across the road of the huge Adidas store, entrance of the building is beside Starbucks. Stepping out of the lift, there's a nice wooden Uno-like decoration. The environment is comfortable with soft lightening, good place to chill and relax with friends after a long day. Some bar table seats is not comfortable, it's either the hard-rock small chair or the table too tall/short. Shine bar table is very comfortable, sofa bar stools and wooden table (height was just right). This night, there was only 2 parties on the table (including us) so it was spacious!

Ordered 1 dinner set and 3 appetizers to share. The dinner set includes: 1 appetizer (out of 3), 1 main course (out of 5), 1 dessert and coffee/tea. To me,  I think the dinner set price is reasonable. All the food portion is generous and the taste was not too blend or salty. I didn't feel too thirsty after the dinner...think maybe they didn't use a lot of MSG?

 This dish is a Mediterranean cuisine. Light crispy batter and the calamari is firm and slightly sweet.

 Presentation of the dish is quite appealing. 2 handmade balls with some veggie and hot spring egg. We ate the veggie first before digging into the balls. The pork handmade balls is so delicious! Surface was deep fried till golden brown yet it was not dry and hard. The surface was crispy and pork texture is tender with a tint of spicy. The hot spring egg is a sauce for the handmade balls.

 This is a seasonal chef special, must try dish! From the presentation of this dish, you can see the chef cooks from heart. Scallop is well prepared, slightly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Tender and sweet scallop meat, and it tears easily.  A thin pork belly was placed on top of the scallop. Tiger pawn is sweet and meat is chewy. The pawn taste fresh, does not taste like frozen ones.

 A very refreshing appetizer. Mussels size was middle and meat is tender/juicy. The sauce is very delicious, little spicy with strong lemongrass and coconut taste/smell.

 5 pieces of pork belly. Pork belly surface is very crispy but the meat is so tender, juicy and smooth! You could add some white cabbage and eat with the pork belly. What surprise us was the mash potatoes, it looks like a hash brown....it looks crispy but it is not. The mash potatoes flavor was just right and smooth.

 The pudding was covered with fresh fruits (blueberries, strawberries and raspberry). As the raspberry sauce is a little sour, it made the pudding not sweet at all.

 Must try and thumbs up for this dessert! This is the first time to eat an apple crumble prepared this way. The crumble base is very buttery. Thin slices of apple was placed onto the base in a rose pattern and the top was filled with apply cubes. This shows the basic knife skills of the chef (thin slices of apple) and the heartily chef creations! Ice-cream is very delicious too, you can see they used vanilla beans and it is not sweet. Personally, I love cinnamon. If more cinnamon was used, this dessert is 100% perfect.

Overall, the dinner experience is nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly too. Shine is out of our expectation, will come back to try other dishes.
