這個菜式單看賣相已非常吸引，我不到吃起來卻令人感到驚嘆。這個醬汁的味道與北京烤鴨的醬汁非常相似，所以與鮮嫩的豬肉非常配合。煙韌的餅皮配上這些充滿醬汁的豬肉，以及青瓜及青蔥，令到味道及口感都有很多的層次。唯一美中不足是餅皮比較少，如果不足夠的話可以加點更多，價錢亦不會太貴。
The presentation of this dish is enticing, and the taste is equally remarkable. The sauce resembles that of Beijing roast duck, perfectly complementing the tender pork. The crispy pancake, combined with the saucy pork, cucumber, and scallions, offers a multi-layered taste and texture. 雖然看起來餃子的皮像是很厚，但吃起來卻不是這樣一回事，這些餃子煎得非常香口，而且充滿肉汁，豬肉的肥瘦適中，再加上蔬菜，吃後不會有很膩的感覺
