⭐️在瓜破未開實體店前，光顧過一次，大概14年的事⭐️記得❤️形絨毛蛋糕味道出色，外歡亦好美⭐️到瓜破開了實體店，一直都很想去店內試其人氣旺盛的綠茶Set⭐️今次專登去買雅（草莓忌廉蛋糕）($348)作為生日蛋糕⭐️二月頭光顧，正值冬天，可惜十五分鐘回家路程，打開蛋糕已經❌塌❌了⭐️非常掃興及失望⭐️大概是，上層蛋糕跣走，或是最下層Cream已溶掉，未能支撐上兩層蛋糕⭐️失望的是，路程只有十五分鐘，未能想像夏天的天氣會怎樣⭐️曾Whatsapp店主相關問題，可惜已讀未回⭐️蛋糕味道不俗，Cream甜而不漏⭐️但我切開蛋糕，層次不分明，草莓份量亦未如網址所示⭐️一般蛋糕店店員亦會讓客人檢查蛋糕才離開，店員亦有讓我檢查，我表示OK⭐️但因為俯瞰未能見到生日牌，(生日牌放在蛋糕旁邊，並不是插在蛋糕上)，我要求店員打開蛋糕，店員面有難色，只讀Order Form上我要求寫上的字句。⭐️但有否想過，Order Form寫對， 生日牌也有寫錯的機會？⭐️蛋糕倒塌，欠店主誠意的交代， 只能說是一個失望的經驗⭐️蛋糕相片不會公開，希望上述文字描述足夠，店主亦知會此事。⭐️Disappointing Experience⭐️Bought a

⭐️Bought a heart shape ❤️cake in uriwari back in 2014. tasted good, looked good, back then uriwari still operated as an online store
⭐️Long for a visit to its physical store, to try its well-known green tea set
⭐️This time I ordered a Miyabi ($348)(strawberry sponge cake) as a birthday cake
⭐️After a 15-min travelling, the cake leaned, like the ❌pisa tower❌. This happened in February and I could not imagine what will happen in Summer
⭐️Whether I should call it a birthday GIFT? I don't know how this happens, if it is because the cream melted and could not support the cake above
⭐️Cutting the cake, I could not associate this with what is shown on the website, in terms of the layers or qty of strawberry
⭐️After that, I whatsapped the owner. The owner read my message without giving a⚡️reply.
⭐️A super disappointed and embarrassing experience, yet without a proper reply from Uriwari.
⭐️Not gonna post the pisa tower here, hope pisa tower itself could explain how it looks. while Uriwari being well-informed of my comment to them.
