上個月來卑利街食野經過DOSE,見到好西,好酒,好啡的燈牌~富有中西合璧的感覺,夠哂吸睛!Cocktails 超過20種~款款都非常有特色,同大家分享兩杯我覺得好特別的Cocktails~Tom Yum Kung$108,用Lemongrass & Lemon 很清新,Vodka ,Chili,Ginger Beer,Lime~微辣加薑啤最後加埋lime感覺好醒神!Flourish Flower$118,個名好令,由Earl Grey Gin,Honey,Lavender,Egg White,加入平時好中意飲既Earl Grey~好想試試!Mint Chocolate Chips$78,由白可可,牛奶,薄荷酒,忌廉同朱古力碎調成,酒味唔會好濃,薄荷朱古力味突出,加上忌廉,朱古力脆脆做Topping,好令呀!!Form Thyme To Time~$108清香既Whiskey~加入楓糖漿,蘋果汁甜甜地,再放入一小枝煙燻百里香!Herb Crusted Rock Of Lamb$2284枝未切羊架先煎香後沾上麵包屑,再焗至黃金色,外脆內粉嫩容易切開~肉味不羶,肥瘦平均,不算很肥!紅酒肉汁調

4枝未切羊架先煎香後沾上麵包屑,再焗至黃金色,外脆內粉嫩容易切開~肉味不羶,肥瘦平均,不算很肥!紅酒肉汁調得很美味,焗薯菜夠新鮮,薯仔清甜得有點像蕃薯的味道!!

同手掌差不多大少,但非常厚身,脂肪唔多但口感一樣嫩滑,附上的紅酒汁我覺得同羊架的一樣~配什麼都很好食,配肉的會更juicy~鮮味!!
