早排去左Hotel Icon staycation,酒店送左d dining coupon,於是就去左都幾多好評嘅天外天食😚 不過就失望而回🥺 🌃 環境 (4/5)天外天係Hotel Icon頂樓,裝修設計都好開揚,窗邊位會望到維港海景,夜晚黎食飯都幾好feel🤩😋 食物 (2.5/5)🐽蜜汁叉燒 輕量 $118🐟 大東星斑兩食(碧綠炒斑球及椒鹽頭腩)$988🍤 子薑鳳梨脆蝦球 $318首先嗌左半份叉燒,見到顏色都幾靚滿心期待,點知擺入口就知中伏🫣 肉質偏韌,有筋,仲有隱隱若若嘅豬肉躁味😵💫 食完叉燒開始擔心之後d菜式...好彩個鳳梨脆蝦球都算正常(呢道菜唔記得影相)~蝦球大隻,個汁酸酸甜甜,食到鳳梨同薑粒,但個蝦球炸粉偏厚,食落硬左少少🤏🏻最後上埋個大東星斑兩食🐟 炒斑球啖啖魚肉,東星斑肉質好細嫩幼滑,簡簡單單咁炒就最食到魚嘅鮮味,呢個唔錯😗 另外仲有個椒鹽頭腩~上菜都夠熱,食落幾香口,炸粉唔會過厚。整體黎講呢道東星斑係用料同處理上都做得幾好~坦白講呢餐飯都幾失望,我地另外仲開左枝酒,但酒精味過重🥴 之前staycation 個陣佢地cocktail session提供嘅酒都好麻麻

天外天收費都係一般酒店中菜廳價錢,雖然環境好但比呢個價錢我真係expect more,同價位嘅海景中菜廳有好多其他更好味嘅選擇🥺 尤其是我去之前見佢地都多好評滿心期待,可能我唔好彩當日廚房發揮得唔好(?),但點都好佢地都有好多可以進步嘅空間🥺

A disappointing dining experience at Above & Beyond. Located inside Hotel Icon, the restaurant has a spectacular view facing the Victoria Harbour. However, the food they serve are just pure disappointment. 😞 The barbecued pork is quite stiff with a weird pork taste. The shrimp balls and fish fillet are okay, but personally I don't think they worth the price. 🥲
