一直食開旺角堅信號,之後閂咗,咁啱到灣仔試下呢間分店。生煎包(四件)上菜用不鏽鋼碟,個碟好凍。 即使係即刻食,個包、湯汁都變凍咗,個皮好韌,底嘅脆皮都硬埋。豬肉餡都係好食,有汁。希望可以換個碟。第一次試小籠包,熱辣辣,湯都仲辣口,加埋薑絲同醋都唔錯。稍嫌皮厚咗D。酸辣湯唔會好辣,筍、木耳絲好多。I may not visit this shop for the King bun in Wan Chai again. If you are looking for unique food in Hong Kong, I would recommend you try other food except the King bun in 堅信號.
