Every item in the dish was of good quality, the portion of beef was generous, and the beef itself was tender and flavourful. The noodles were cooked to al dente, it was seasoned perfectly with the shop’s special sauce. You are recommended to add different sauces/ seasoning such as special vinegar, wasabi, etc. to try out different flavours, and it actually turned out great. The Japanese “Bolognese” and seaweed was a great add-on to the dish; it gave a different texture to it. After you finished the noodles, they would give you a small spoon of rice (yes, you did not read that wrong) to stir it with the left-over sauce and “Bolognese”. Overall, it is kind of an interesting experience and the food was delicious.
