松露味好香,忌廉汁味度濃郁,而且每粒飯都岩岩好被忌廉汁包住。食完都唔會覺得滯。

The presentation of this dish is exquisite. The potato pavé has a slight salty and caramelized flavor that, combined with the beef tartare, adds a unique touch compared to other versions of beef tartare I've tried.
-Romaine Salad
(garlic, anchovies, parmesan cheese, egg)
At first glance, this salad looks beautiful. It was my first time trying a Caesar salad where the romaine lettuce is presented as whole leaves, artfully arranged. The chef clearly put a lot of thought into it. The generous amount of parmesan cheese is delightfully indulgent! 👍🏻
-Porcini Mushroom Risotto
(shallots, garlic, porcini, cream, butter, cheese)
The truffle aroma is delightful, and the cream sauce is rich and flavorful. Each grain of rice is perfectly coated in the cream sauce, leaving you satisfied without feeling heavy after finishing it
-Tiramisu
(ladyfingers, espresso, egg yolk, mascarpone, cocoa powder)
The tiramisu has a rich egg flavor, is wonderfully creamy, and isn't overly sweet. Even my friend, who is usually wary of desserts, found it delicious!
