This is one of the best dumplings restaurants. They made the dumplings in the shop daily and you can see the ingredients are fresh. They have lots of dumplings and the sauce is awesome. One minor disadvantage is they handle the dumpling bare hand, with the same hand they will touch money and serve customers. Their dumpling sauce is so good that I keep going back halfly because of that. However, they are very cheap about giving the sauce. I always ask for more sauce and seem every one of them choose to ignore this request. I never succeeded on just getting more sauce for my dumpling.
Cabbage dumpling, $39 for 8 dumplings. This tastes nice.
Bok choy and mushroom dumpling. This just soso as only one out of eight dumplings has mushroom, disappointed.
Ordered take out one time, celery dumpling is the best I have there so far.
We usually ordered two sets of dumplings and a fried noodle. They said they made the noodle themselves and this noodle is not oily and very tasty. It has mushroom, corns, minced pork, fungus and carrot.
At the night we ate there, the auntie claimed herself is '姨臣' and keep saying how good the noodle is to one of the customers. I told her I want more sauce at the beginning and she said yes but ignored. When I used all the sauce, I asked her for more sauce and she said will give me soon. Then she gave sauce to new customers and chat on how good she is and never looked at my table anymore.... I know she maybe proud of herself but please also care the existing customers.
