已經好耐冇食過啲好精緻嘅西餐,前日朋友終於約我撐枱腳,我哋就揀咗中環呢一間靚靚高級餐廳一齊食飯・:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+我哋就order咗呢一個Degustation Menu $2188❕★彡Potato with Fish Maw & 10g Caviar本身自己好鍾意食魚子醬,但係從來未試過配搭花膠一齊食,今次呢一個創新嘅組合配搭咗薯仔、花膠同達烏里克魚子醬,味道有點微酸,入口嫩滑又有點軟糯,口感好豐富❕★彡Bergamot ( 甜品 )甜品賣相真係好靚,本身好怕佛手柑搭配苦艾味道會好甘,不過佢額外再加開心果杏仁醬、金盞花和紅糖,中和咗佛手柑本身嘅甘味,味道層次好特別,一次食到幾種唔一樣嘅味道★彡Japanese Moro Blood Orange (甜品)米麴米布丁和番紅花香草泡沫感覺真係好高質,成個甜品嘅口感就好似奶油般柔滑,食完真係想再食多個★彡Brittany Spring Chicken & Coconut春雞同椰子味道融為一體,雞肉嫩滑圓潤,每一啖雞肉都食到椰子香味散發出嚟
