Have wanted to try their legendary pork-strawberry roll for a long time 🤤—— 🍅🥗🐟 —— 3-Colored Tomatoes with Vinegar Jelly (甘醋三色冷蕃茄) $38 Very disappointing. There is only 2 color variations of tomatoes and all are very small. Nothing like the photo presented. 3/4 of the bowl is also of the jelly which is overly sweet as well as the tomatoes. Flamed Bonito Sashimi Salad (溥燒鰹魚沙律) $78
Refreshing starter, the bonito was sliced rather thin but the flavor is really good
Sashimi Platter (8 Kinds) (刺身拼盤) $358
Ordered the cheaper version of sashimi platter as we wanted to try but the other was was not worth it at all.
There was a large variety of seafood, I tried the scallop, salmon and the one they recommended which also had a sauce to go with it. (I forgot the name of the fish 😓 (but I think it’s sea bream)) the scallop and salmon alike was super plump and thick. Each sashimi had 2 pieces except for the (sea bream) which had 8 thin slices. The (sea bream) also had a special sour sauce to dip it in and it’s very appetizing, texture was also quite chewy.

Flamed Salmon with Matsuba Crab Roll (燒三文魚松葉蟹卷) $158
Very delicious! The salmon is super fatty and soft due to it being flamed, it also has a subtle smoky-charred flavor to it which I enjoyed. The inside had crab paste, crab meat and crab roe. The combination of all 3 is these was perfect, with the creamy crab paste, the chewy crab meat and the crab roe that bursts in your mouth.
This is also the cheapest of their creative rolls and definitely my favorite.
Okinawa Sea Urchin Roll (沖繩海膽卷) $268
One word to describe this is. Fresh.
The shrimp, scallop and sea urchin is all raw and creamy, the taste was superb with the savory sea urchin and scallop, not too heavy thanks to the rice and cucumber wrap. Also enjoyed the wasabi pearls on top 🤣🤣, does not have strong wasabi taste though so bearable, just provides a refreshing ‘pop’.
There’s also a mango sauce as well underneath and it pairs perfectly with the seafood, giving it a tropical taste.
The portion is 4 pieces 😐. Which means $67 for one piece 😂.
Futomaki (太卷) $98
My favorite cold dish tonight! I even ordered another plate 🤣.
Each roll was stuffed to the maximum with avocado, imitation crab, radish, burdock, cucumber, shiitake and even a small piece of eel (I think).
The flavors and texture of every together is magnificent and you can taste all the different fillings in each bite. The rice is also extremely soft and pillow-like.

For their skewers we ordered 2 chicken items and all the Fukuoka Pork Rolls 😋.
Chicken Gizzard (雞腎) $38
Crunchy tender, cooked very well and the flavor is nice too. Each piece was quite small though.
Chicken Skin 雞皮 $38
Extremely crispy skin that becomes chewy and tender when you’re chewing. Good salty flavor as well.
Fukuoka Pork Roll 🐖 (福岡豚肉野菜卷) ——
Strawberry 🍓 (草莓) $58
A must get. The strawberry is super sweet and tangy, bursts in your mouth and matches perfectly with the savory and fatty pork. There’s also a sauce of condensed milk which makes it super creamy and stops it from being too sour.
Pineapple 🍍(菠蘿) $38
The pineapple is grilled beautifully so that it’s only sweet and not sour, also doesn’t have any of that tough pineapple fiber. The pork again is fatty and pairs well with the pineapple but the ratio of pineapple to pork is not that balanced and you can’t really taste the pork.
Spanish Chilli Pepper 🌶 (西班牙青椒) $48
Tried out of curiosity and it’s so good. (Maybe even better than the strawberry), the pepper is not spicy but has a crunchy and crisp texture to it, it pairs even better with the pork than the strawberry as that was quite sour/sweet and this is very savory and well balanced.
Asparagus (蘆筍) $48
Same as the pepper, the asparagus is crunchy and tender inside. Grilled to perfection. The pork adds some heartiness to it and that signature pork savoriness.

Grilled Eel Donburi 浦燒鰻魚飯 $168
Plump piece of eel, well seasoned, perfect with rice. The rice could have been softer and less. Portion is quite small for sharing but large for a single.
Angus Wagyu Inaniwa Udon 安格斯和牛稻庭烏冬 $128
Much better option than the eel rice imo, udon noodles are chewy but soft and has a lot of flavor due to the soup which is super warm and savory. The beef is very tender with strong beef taste. Ratio of beef to udon is also really good.
Stewed Clams in Sake Soup 清酒煮蜆 $98
Delicious! Subtle sake taste is amazing, the clams are all very plump cooked to perfection 🤩, non of them was skinny or sandy. soup is also delicious and savory, I drank a lot of it before it got too salty 😅.

💬 Overall, very expensive meal but some was worth it, the restaurant is not that big and the space for servers to walk is also very close to tables. Not suitable for big parties.
