今晚揀咗上環呢間西班牙餐廳。坐低先知原來呢度有free corkage,又冇cake cutting fee,早知自己帶埋酒黎啦!tapas都不負眾望好出色,特別係個Crab Croquette,佢用上鮮蟹肉同蟹膏,外酥內creamy。另外就係個Clams in Green Sauce,呢碟用咗新鮮魚湯熬製,清甜指數高到令我哋連湯都飲埋!Grilled cuttlefish with Green Allioli Foam個蒜蓉醬好出色,難怪比咁多我哋! Stuffed Squid in Black Ink Sauce 入面抱住豬肉碎。Portobello Mushroom Benedict 呢個combo好特別。Garlic Shrimp超濃garlic味。今晚我地第一次食cremacatalan,其實同crème brûlée 好類似,只不過係用牛奶而唔係cream,加埋檸檬同玫瑰aromatics,口感似melted icecream,超好食!食完都覺得呢到要mark低on list for日後搞party,呢到有private房,包場慶祝幾適合。
