we had 鯛魚沾麵 & 鯛魚清湯拉麵, because 白湯 is all sold out when we were there. We started queuing at around 8:20 and able to get a seat at around 8:45. We think the quality is good and esp. if you like fish-broth based ramen! The 沾麵 is very rich and personally like the pork from 沾麵 more than 清湯拉麵. It’s quite special that the 清湯拉麵 comes with oyster oil, which added delightful flavour to the ramen. 沾麵 is also quite fancy as it is served with 乾冰 with some white smoke comes along when serving.We highly recomm
We highly recommend the smoky egg as the smoky flavor is quite standout and nicely made, fried chicken is not bad but similar to most good quality fried chicken.
It’s worth visiting if the queue is less than 15 mins, and slightly pricy but somehow you’re not able to find fish-broth based ramen easily around in hk.
