Absolutely the worst experience ever. The Indian staff mixed up customers orders and appeared to be clueless of what she was doing. Not to mention about the two staff there with rude attitude. ——We made our order via a takeaway app for self pick-up. Arrived the restaurant at the time specified in the app and 40mins later, the Indian staff told us our order was still in progress. We made our order via a takeaway app for self pick-up. Arrived the restaurant at the time specified in the app and 40mins later, the Indian staff told us our order was still in progress.
Only two Customers before us and they also moaned about the time they had to wait for.
We asked the Indian lady that we would like to cancel the order as we have already waited for an hour but she pretended that she could not hear us.
After complaining for so long, all of a sudden she could hear us (we‘ve just been next to her all along) and finally agreed for the cancellation.
What a great night for having to wait for over an hour with a hungry stomach, yet we left with empty hands and even emptier stomach!
