2 of us for dinner. I like to come here for the 封門柳, better to order in advance。封門柳 is the diaphragm, near the cow’s belly, ie only 1 strip per cow. Texture is chewy but tender. I had the 杏汁豬肺湯 in mind as soup base but unfortunately they sold out, so went for the mix of 蕃茄豬骨湯 and 胡椒豬肚湯。We also ordered abalone, fish pieces, plenty of vegs and udon.
