今日我同朋友去咗將軍澳一間餐廳嗰度食飯啊，預先慶祝我嘅生日。我同朋友叫咗-海鮮馬賽魚湯、珍珠意粉魚湯喺蕃茄味，佢有蝦，青口，仲有好特別嘅珍珠意粉。好似飯咁，一粒粒，但係原來係意粉。但係佢個湯都幾好飲，我最終都飲晒個整個湯意粉。-烤豬胛心肉（半熟）、芝士薯蓉、西班牙辣椒、雜菜沙律烤豬胛心肉外皮金黃酥脆，最緊要一樣嘢係佢真係我食過最軟綿綿嘅豬肉。真係入口即溶。佢嘅感覺有啲似豬頸肉嘅口感。搭配薯蓉同埋沙律嘅酸味🥗🤤我覺得呢個菜式絕對抵佢值呢個價錢。歌劇蛋糕、朱古力醬、雜莓、雪糕歌劇蛋糕其實係好甜嘅蛋糕，巧克力的濃郁就算食少少都覺得好甜。朱古力醬醇厚感與雜莓酸甜形成了完美的對比，令甜品更加生動。雪糕嘅配襯就係令到歌劇蛋糕唔會過於甜。最緊要一樣嘢就係呢serve我哋嘅侍應好專業，由頭到尾都好有禮貌。其實我想比一百分佢。我覺得做waiter係有啲浪費，因為佢好掌握到餐廳嘅食物。我見佢介紹俾其他客人都做得好妥善。Today, I went to a restaurant in Tseung Kwan O with my friends to celebrate my birthday in adva

Today, I went to a restaurant in Tseung Kwan O with my friends to celebrate my birthday in advance. We ordered:
- Seafood Bouillabaisse with Pearl Pasta:The soup had a tomato flavor and included shrimp, mussels, and a unique type of pasta that looked like rice but was actually pasta. The broth was so good that I ended up drinking all of it along with the pasta.
- Roasted Pork Shoulder (Medium Rare), Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Spanish Peppers, Mixed Salad:The pork shoulder was golden and crispy on the outside, and it was the most tender pork I’ve ever had—melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The texture reminded me of pork neck. The combination with the mashed potatoes and the acidity of the salad was fantastic. I really think this dish was absolutely worth the price.
- Opera Cake, Chocolate Sauce, Mixed Berries, Ice Cream
The opera cake was quite sweet, and its rich chocolate flavor made it feel indulgent even in small bites. The chocolate sauce paired beautifully with the tartness of the mixed berries, making the dessert more vibrant. The ice cream balanced the sweetness of the opera cake perfectly.
Most importantly, the service from our waiter was very professional and polite throughout the meal. I really wanted to give them a perfect score. I feel like being a waiter is a bit of a waste because they clearly have a great understanding of the restaurant's food. I saw them introducing dishes to other customers very well.
