復活節假果時,突然戚起條癮走咗去西貢玩番日。咁啱又比我見到有人介紹呢間餐廳,咁就不如試試喇。我都好鍾意食 Fish & Chips,家下都唔係咁易搵到有好食,又唔太貴嘅。呢度係就係遠咗啲,不過放假嚟行吓,食下fish & chips都幾好呀~我都幾鍾意佢哋嘅炸魚,炸得夠脆,但係粉漿又唔太厚,食完唔會覺得好漏。個炸魚入面仲好juicy,真係幾好食。 薯條都唔錯,係我鍾意嘅wedge, 都炸得好夠乾身,入面都好fluffy。另外仲食咗黑松露蘑菇意粉,雖然唔算好平,但係都有唔少黑松露,菇味又好夠,因為用咗大啡菇,唔錯唔錯沙律就正正常常,啲菜都好新鮮,好crispy, 無話濕笠笠,幾清新。火腿嘅鹹香,帶少少油。青口,都好好味,嗰啲汁真係好正,好味道得返啲汁都仲一羹羹咁飲。小店心機製作!我食緊果時都仲有好多人嚟排隊架
