今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於尖沙咀嘅燒肉の牛太・本陣，主打日式燒肉。店內環境開陽，設有一般座位同榻榻米座位，適合朋友聚會。細心嘅係出口放有衣服除臭劑，唔怕食完燒肉成身味。整體而言，午市套餐食物高質，定價合理，值得一試。Honjin is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, specializes in Japanese yakiniku. 日本產黑毛和牛 上 燒肉御膳 (Japanese Wagyu Premium Yakiniku Lunch) $149
和牛脂肪分佈均衡，味道以和牛嘅油香為主，肉味為輔。質素超越我哋對燒肉午市嘅預期。套餐伴以白飯、伴菜、湯以及甜品，頗為豐富。若芽菜能稍微控制黑椒嘅分量則更佳。The Japanese wagyu has a rich oily fragrant, that is out of our expectations for wagyu in a lunch set. The set includes white rice, sprouts, soup and desserts. The sprouts would taste better with less seasoning.

日本產黑毛和牛 特上三種 燒肉御膳 (Japanese Wagyu Prime Triple Yakiniku Lunch) $189
除咗和牛之外，仲有橫隔肉同牛舌。橫隔肉肉味較和牛濃烈，而相應嘅係肉質較韌。牛舌質感爽彈。依款定食可以多品嚐兩款肉類，第一次去可以先嘗試此定食。Apart from wagyu, this set also includes outside skirts and beef tongue. Comparatively, the outside skirts have a stronger taste of beef. The beef tongue has a nice springy texture too. For first time visitor, we recommend you to try this set as you can have two more kinds of meat.

日本產豚腩肉 (Japanese Pork Belly) $79
豚腩肉本身略加調味，將腩肉烤至表面呈啡金色後，能發揮豚腩肉外脆內軟嘅特色，整體亦不算過分油膩，值得一試。
The pork belly is slightly seasoned beforehand. After grilling, it has a crispy surface and soft texture of meat. Overall, it would not taste too greasy, which we appreciate.
