本身對田雞有少少驚,但難得嚟到就試下依度菜式。第一次食烤田雞,食落去口感有少少似雞肉,但比雞肉更有彈性,再配埋韭菜汁同香脆嘅煙燻鰻魚,非常搭配。

上菜嘅時候,侍應教我哋可以將上面嘅脆片打碎,將脆片上嘅海膽同魚子醬混合埋下面嘅燉蛋一齊食,而燉蛋裏面仲有好多松葉蟹肉,連埋一齊食,味道十分鮮甜,嗰燉蛋仲好滑!
Appetizer - Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll
之前食鵝肝都係用煎嘅,而依道菜嘅鵝肝係用蒸嘅方法烹調,鵝肝非常香滑而不油膩。再配搭黑朱古力卷,可以將朱古力嘅甜味同鵝肝嘅油脂融合,有獨特而豐富嘅口感!
Main - Monkfish Cheek, Pan-Seared Crispy Monkfish Liver
我叫嘅主菜係鮟鱇魚臉頰配鮟鱇魚肝,魚嘅肉質有彈性而且鮮美,再配上脆炸魚肝,外脆內軟,又係另一種層次!幾特別!
Main - M8 Oyster Blade Beef, Oyster Leaf salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
朋友揀咗5成熟嘅M8牛板腱,煎得好香,肉汁鮮嫩,再配埋牡蠣葉沙律同藍芝士醬,更加突顯牛嘅肉味!
Pre-dessert - Lime Sorbet
食甜品之前飲返杯迷你青檸冰沙清清味蕾,飲落去非常清新!想再encore多杯!
Dessert - Classic Apple Pie with Parma Ham & Meat Floss
甜品係蘋果批,賣相好精緻,用拿破崙餅底加上蘋果肉同Parma Ham碎,鹹甜交錯,非常喜歡!
