If you’re looking for a good sushi fix then Sushi One is the place to go! Conveniently located at The Heath, this Japanese restaurant serves up a wide range of high quality sushi as well as snacks and hot food! 🍱 Pic 1️⃣: 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹 / 辣味吞拿魚卷 - $88 hkd 🐟 — My favourite dish of the night! These rolls were packed with flavour, as the spicy tuna was really well marinated with the perfect amount of kick to it. — Looks impressive and tastes great! Made fresh to order, where the soft shell crab was deep fried to perfection and served nice and warm. Not to mention, it was super crispy as well! The ikura and chopped spring onion added a boost of flavour to the rolls.

— A very worth it trio to try out! The salmon was fresh and pretty fatty too. My favourite was definitely the spicy salmon gunkan which had the perfect amount of kick to it and was full of flavour! The seared fatty tuna melted in your mouth and had a subtle smoky aroma to it.

— Really good bowl of udon to fill you up! The broth was flavourful, and the udon really soaked up all the flavours of the soup nicely. The udon had a nice chewy texture too. The wagyu slices had a strong meaty flavour and were pretty tender too!

— Complimentary dessert to end the meal! Wasn’t really too sure what this was but it reminded me a lot of sweet mung bean soup 😂 Flavours were refreshing and it wasn’t overly sweet either. They added some chewy black sugar mochi bits into it which gave the dessert a nice chew and aroma.
