We chose the cheapest set A which costs HKD$298 per adult
We chose the spicy grilled fish（麻辣烤鱸魚）.The fish is a sea bass.
The sea bass is fresh and flaky.
There are cooked snack in the self serving bar I.e. drunken abalone(醉鮑魚），spicy chicken drumsticks, spicy beef...etc
The drunken abalones infused with
aromatic wine fragrance!
The spicy chicken drumsticks have golden brown crispy skin
After finished the fish,we chose wintermelon with asserted mushroom soup base from 8 hotpot soup base!!
The asserted mushrooms are earthy and nutty with clean,sweet and bright watermelon!delish!
There are 5 different cut of beef includes
-premium marbled beef
-selected beef chuck
-selected beef Oyster blade
-Ox tongue center
-beef grease
The premium marbled beef is very soft,tender and luscious grease render out!yummmmmm!
There are various hotpot ingredient to choose from I.e. chicken,pork,beef tripe,dumplings,duck blood pudding etc
The beef tripe is soft yet with a bite that soaked up the essences of the soup.tasty!!
There are numerous desserts such as tofu pudding,stick rice taro balls,herbal jelly with different topping I.e.red bean,green bean...etc.
Loveeeeeee mixing the tofu pudding with stick rice balls topped with red and green bean!sooooooooo healthy wholesome and delish!!
ice cream with 3 flavours are also provided on an unlimited basis
