Yesterday, there was company’s function at Kowloon Shangri-la, I took the delicious Lunch Buffet there at free.Though the Lunch Buffet was tailor-made for us around 200 people, foods were however prepared by the same kitchen. BREAD PUDDING
Bread Pudding!!! Herald!!! I am a self-confessed Breadpudding-freak ^u^
To me, Bread Pudding = Dating. I won’t chase up the “Pudding/ Date”. It’s a load of “DESSERTS”around to taste. However, I would rather digging myself into the daily colourful & fussy life heartily. Once the “Pudding/ Date”pops up, you will get excited, energized & refreshed. That’s really cool!!!
Oops, back to the Bread Pudding there, just irresistible! It’s just sweet & creamy. Well-baked yet moistened. The vanilla sauce is excellent too - rich & spicy. That’s just the bonus of the day!!!
ROASTED HAM
Juicy & tender. It just melted once put into your mouth. The French mustard served just added a lovely taste to the tastiest roast!
SAUTE FILLET WITH NETMEG
Fillet was served firm yet juicy. The marriage between fillet & nutmeg worked out a sweet & smooth dish that hits the spot.
