今日同朋友專程走入中環SOHO第一次初嚐地道尼泊爾菜,原來呢間餐廳係香港係正宗老字號黎!經營足足24年咁耐,氣氛幾有情調又夠浪漫,昏暗既燈光,每張枱上都鋪左圖騰餐紙,充滿住民族味道,連餐巾都非常工整講窮,仲有好多小裝飾增添食客觀感,例如有蘭花,鐵做既器皿,呢D細緻位都可以令到食客感覺到置身於當地既感覺!聽Staff講仲有特別既Promotion,食夠$1000蚊送尼泊爾RUM酒tim!👇📌 MOMOCHA with Lamb - $92▪ Fresh home-made Dumpling 👉餐前小食就必需咖啦!賣相真係好似港式小籠包咁,佢有得比你揀蒸定係炸、羊或者雞,今次我就揀左炸同埋羊肉口味,餡料絕對無孤寒,比足料你,肉味反而要讚,唔會太濃太羶,味道岩岩好,唔錯!📌 PHARSI-KO RASH - $62▪ Fresh Pumpkin Soup garnished with Coriander 👉南瓜湯飲得多啦!尼泊爾既南瓜湯有咩特別?佢地係用新鮮既南瓜打成蓉再煲,唔洗落奶都夠哂香滑,加埋特色香料調味,味道相當濃郁呀!📌 KWATI-KO RASH - $62▪ Mixed

👉成碗湯都係豆呀!睇落就有D似平時呀媽煲開既
眉豆花生湯咁,但飲落又唔同wor,似係羅宋湯味道,
原來老闆話係用左超過10種豆類混合熬制出黎,
唔怪得之豆味咁濃郁啦!
📌 JANGAIL SEKUWA - $145
▪ BBQ Boneless Chicken marinated in fresh light Nepalese Herbs,
Spices & Spinach Sauce
👉哇!重頭戲黎啦!識嗌既朋友緊係要嗌個呢個炸雞啦,
廚師用左洋蔥、香草調味,每件雞肉用鐵上呈上,
烤既時間幾到位,外皮有少少焦香,但裡面完全無乾身
既感覺,肉質肥美,啖啖都係肉,下面仲擺左唔同雜菜,
吸收哂肉汁既精華,呢個菜驚喜十足,食得過!
📌 KHASI LALI GURASH - $155
▪ Delicacy of Tender boneless Lamb cooked in
smooth fresh Tomato and Honey Sauce
👉用左新鮮蕃茄同蜜汁整成,表面好似平平無奇,
其實內裡深藏不露,羊肉本身無骨,肉質整得好腍,
羊膻味唔會太濃,配埋蕃茄醬汁一齊食,
的確可以令味道更上一層樓!
📌LALMON - $72
▪ Deep-fried Milk Pastry balls in mild Sweet & Saffron Syrup (H)
👉最後試埋特色甜品啦!上枱既時侯發現咦兩粒
好似牛肉球咁既!即刻問Staff係咪比錯野我?!
喔原來係我孤陋寡聞,其實係由Saffron Syrup整成既
油炸酥皮鮮奶球,所以外面會帶鮮紅色,
另外係有凍食提供咖,熱食黎講味道有D似食緊
港式奶油多咁!幾特別!
