三小漁是觀塘少有坐得舒服的川粵菜餐廳, 川菜為主, 粵菜為輔, 麻辣菜式做得不錯, 而且距離屋企不遠, 也是其中一家觀塘常去品嚐的食肆. 剁椒蒸龍躉依然是全晚的主點, 魚鮮肉爽, 再加上秘製的剁椒, 與豉油和粉絲結合一起蒸, 吃起來有爽勒的辣, 但沒有蓋過龍躉的原味. 梅膏骨和蠔餅雖不是川菜, 但處理得還算不錯, 前者香甜的汁醬配上炸得剛剛好的排骨, 外脆內腍多肉汁, 還帶有淡淡的桂花清香. 後者是港式的炸蠔餅, 外表魚薯片般脆, 內裏蠔肉豐富, 鮮味也夠, 點魚露吃就是簡單的美味. 比較可惜的是麻辣脆皮牛腩, 辣椒和花椒碎夠多, 吃起來相當惹味, 只是脆皮牛腩的牛腩太乾, 就像吃牛肉乾一樣, 在處理的火候要多多注意.San Xiao Yu is a comfortable Sichuan and Cantonese restaurant in Kwun Tong.
