不過不失So far so good朋友在尖東附近工作,今天因為身體不舒服,想吃點熱熱的東西。我想起年輕時(大約是十多年前)曾來這兒吃過,食物質素相當不錯。故此邀請朋友和我一起懷愐過去的味道。I had been here decade ago, in which this restaurant somehow gave me a fond experience. 好的肉骨茶應該是味道濃郁之餘、湯汁本身顏色應該濃厚而不失清徹。這個肉骨茶味道的確濃郁,有很明顯的胡椒味,但卻極此而已;湯汁本身顏色也很濃厚,但卻和清徹沒有關係。
The taste of the Bak Kut Teh was rich, but the taste itself was rather simple. The same also applied on the soup appearance. It looked rich, but not as clear as expected.
叻沙的情況或多或少也相同。它的味道是濃郁的,但卻是非常單一;它的材料也是多樣化的,但卻不能說是豐富。
That laksa also share similar condition. The taste was rich for sure, but it was rather simple. The ingredients were also diversified, but apparently not enough.
串燒亦別無異致。肉類本身的口感較硬,但未至於咬不下的程度。沙嗲醬則是一般的沙嗲味道,你不會失望的。
The skewers were also indifferent to the first two dishes. The meat was not difficult to bite but also not tendered. The Satay source was the regular one that you would never be disappointed.
結論︰餐廳整體上的不過不失。食物質素是水準之上的,但要找亮點又說不上。可以一試。
Conclusion : The dishes are good just there was nothing to be highlighted. It worth a try if you pass by.
