>> A very classic "cha chan tang" item, but not easy to please
>> Coz most of the time resto over-massaged the beef w/ meat tenderizer, causing the tasting texture so slippery or weird
>> While this one is in well-balanced yet not having the "ewww" flavour

>> Always one of the grilled items to try on when dining in skewers
>> Pretty crispy to chew on

題外話/補充資料：
~ The boss/chef has worked with several large resto groups of HK
~ The non-chilled fresh beef and the wonton, which is the making of top restaurant
~ After 17:00, skewers are available to serve
~ There are not many places for eating. Can do take-away if dining on street is a concern to you ;)
