二訪西貢最出色咖啡店 環境與美食均屬一流水準-This is my second time visiting my favourite coffee shop in Sai Kung! The food is still very nice just like last time and I found the french toast is the best best dish ever that you really cannot miss it! The food is still very nice just like last time and I found the french toast is the best best dish ever that you really cannot miss it! The toast with crispy edge and also the soft texture goes very well with the crunchy pistachio and nuts as well as the honey and cream. It scores full marks really!! Yet the beef ragu pappardelle is just average. The portion is fine and the beef is good. It may not surprise me but I am still good with this. The chocolate beetroot latte is nice. The chocolate taste is mix well with the beetroot and the colour is pretty. Indeed, I still had the Smoked Salmon on Sourdough Rye and Pulled Pork Benedict like last time and they are perfect for me!!! You may find the details in #foodietummy_saikung in the last post. 呢個french toast真係非常出色 上次第一次去無食到 今次終於一嘗呢間咖啡店嘅名菜😍 呢個厚多士 外層有啲脆邊 切落去個toast好鬆軟 口感軟稔 配上香脆果仁開心果碎 加埋糖漿同埋中間一大舊cream可以點住食 好有層次又有特色 真係必食之選!!!
🍝 Beef Ragu Pappardelle ($120)
呢碟牛肉闊條麵就相對普通 份量正常 牛肉切件有厚度 但肉質同牛味都只屬正常水準 面頭舖滿芝士碎加重味道 係不過不失嘅表現🤫
☕️ Chocolate Beetroot Latte ($38)
呢款non coffee drink幾特別 比較少係其他coffee shop見到😆 紅菜頭味道唔太突出 係令飲品嘅顏色偏紅 加上淡淡嘅朱古力味 意想不到嘅又幾好味喔!

呢間咖啡店依然係我心目中嘅西貢No.1!! 今次多啲人去試多咗呢兩款 但其實上次食過嘅 Smoked Salmon on Sourdough Rye 同 Pulled Pork Benedict 一樣有叫 而且水準保持上次一樣咁高分🤩 第二次食都完全冇失望甚至仍然被驚艷到🧡
