位於中環的法國菜 Clarence 米芝蓮摘星主廚Oliver Elzer 主理,今次我哋揀咗lunch time去試吓weekend lunch menu! 可以選擇2-4個courses!前菜方面,我自己最鐘意Beef Carpaccio, Shallot Dressing, Parmesan & Rocket ,生牛肉片嘅配埋乾蔥醬汁勁夾,肉味濃而唔腥,真係好出色。Tuna with Two Spices, Avocado Puree, Shallot Dressing 呢個吞拿肉嘅做法非要fusion ,有點和風嘅感覺,配埋牛油果蓉一齊食都幾refreshing。Eggplant Escabeche, Poached Egg & Triveso Leaves ,醃漬嘅茄子酸酸甜甜,加埋流心蛋同紫色苦白菜,唔想咁heavy點呢款都唔錯。主菜方面Yellow Chicken Cooked “Crapaudine” Basquise Garnish & Chicken Sauce 味道調得岩岩好,鎖住啲肉汁,而家皮燒到香脆,值得點。Wagyu Tenderloin M6 用上肩胛小菲

主菜方面Yellow Chicken Cooked “Crapaudine” Basquise Garnish & Chicken Sauce 味道調得岩岩好,鎖住啲肉汁,而家皮燒到香脆,值得點。Wagyu Tenderloin M6 用上肩胛小菲力,呢個部分少油脂但好軟淋,肉味好夠而且口感好好,叫medium rare 最適合不過🤤
甜品方面試左Hot Camembert,第一次試呢款熱熔金文畢芝士,芝士好濃郁帶強烈嘅鹹香,用上法包點住黎食,加返啲蜜糖中和少少個味,都幾特別😙 加多少少黑椒更有另一番風味!Croffle, Salt Caramel Sauce & Normandy Milk Ice-cream終於俾我食到令人滿意嘅Croffle,壓成窩夫狀仍然保持到牛角包嘅酥鬆,配埋焦糖海鹽醬同牛奶雪糕一齊食簡直係無懈可擊🤤 Poached French Peach, Whipped Cream, Milk Ice-cream 鮮桃配埋鮮忌廉同雪糕,食晒都唔覺得罪惡感大!
