Two thick slices of bread! Looks fabulous with what I guess is jackfruit jam on the side, and slices of jackfruit on the top. I tasted a bit of bitterness, not a fan, but it's totally personal 🤣 It was pan fried with just the right amount of time! Sadly it seems that it wasn't soaked long enough in the egg mixture, doesn't taste eggy enough 😂
