We`ve been to 慶公宴two weeks ago, and have the following comments:1. The taste of dishes lacking heriarchy, i.e. you should arrange the dish with the lightest taste as the first dish and the heaviest the last.2. The food should be real hot i.e. don`t use microwave to reheat the food cos it gives strange smell. It doesn`t work for 私房菜.3. Shark fins is the the worst because the consomme is tasteless , not to mention to use flat plate to serve shark fins: how can I eat them? 4. Duck breast is the bes

2. The food should be real hot i.e. don`t use microwave to reheat the food cos it gives strange smell. It doesn`t work for 私房菜.
3. Shark fins is the the worst because the consomme is tasteless , not to mention to use flat plate to serve shark fins: how can I eat them?
4. Duck breast is the best, but it is a complimentary dish after we complaint that the vegetable is cold and not fresh.
5. The tea is OK.
