The slow cooked beef is outstanding. It is so tender, and they bring out extra smoky flavour by searing the beef. Totally dynamite!

Its broth isn’t ordinary at all. They add black truffle paste and a fan scallop in it, extra point! Score✔️

▫️Yuze grilled salmon tsukenmen▫️
Their broth isn’t as thick and intense in flavour. But don’t get me wrong, I still see it as a pro, because it is not too salty to a point where I need to gulp down tons of water.

However, the salmon was way too salty for me and I could barely taste the Yuze flavour, which disappointed me a little. I’ve tried the chashu before, and it’s so much better than the salmon.
