主菜有八個選擇,牛扒當然是首選,亦可選魚、蝦,黑毛豬或雞,二人更可選大份的 US prime rib beef 來share,亦可加錢選更高級的牛扒 salad bar 沙律新鮮 cold cut 幾好食 煙三文魚很不錯 芝士有多種選擇 每枱也有多款鹽提供 沙律吧後每人一客龍蝦湯,鮮甜好味 這是 Rib eye steak,肉身很腍,牛肉味較淡,碳燒味很香,待應建議四至五成熟 這是 Sirloin steak,牛肉味較濃,碳燒味也很香,四至五成熟 這是二人份量的 US prime rib beef,淡淡的碳燒味,牛肉味甜,四至五成熟
其實三件牛扒都好好食,質數高,碳燒做得很好,只是不同部位有不同的特式, 飮品是任飲的,milkshake 要自己拿 記住留肚吃 甜品,有很多選擇,多款芝士餅及雪榚不容錯過 這裏的中午半 自助餐做得很好,加上優質服務,值得一試
