The coconut mousse and dacquoise is perfectly match with the whole thing and not to mention their cute appearance too💕 While the most signature box juice for Hongkongers is definitely the yellow box lemon juice🍋 The earl grey mousse is outstanding and the crunchy biscuit which shape the box creates the layered texture! Thousand year egg becomes a hazelnut chocolate dessert and it tastes great too. The jelly texture is good yet I cant really taste the coffee and sesame as mentioned. Lastly is the disappointing Milk Tin Panna Cotta🥺 The salted caramel inside the tin is all melted and the caramel is really tooooooo sweet. I cant really taste rum cake inside this dessert as the melted caramel already got all the attention.

菠蘿青檸熱情果醬配上椰子mousse同海鹽忌廉好驚喜 熱情果非常好味 酸酸甜甜放係甜品上面又顯得更清新🤩 餅底唔係勁脆個種 而係法式甜品Dacquoise蛋白餅個款口感 外層少少酥脆 內部偏向柔軟 整體好特別 有出乎意料嘅感覺💕
🍋 紙包檸檬茶 Lemon Juice Box ($62)
由earl grey mousse加上佛手柑奶酪 杏仁餅 脆片餅乾 同埋白朱古力組成嘅”檸檬茶”外表咁靚當然適合打卡😂 原來食落又幾唔錯喎! 拎開檸檬茶外盒啲朱古力 切開唔會下塌 杏仁餅同啲餅乾撐得住個形 咬落食到餅乾脆脆地好有口感 而且earl grey味都幾突出 又係另一驚喜喔🥰
🥚 皮蛋 Thousand Year Egg ($58)
呢款甜品由朱古力mousse加上焦糖榛子奶油同埋朱古力奶油曲奇而成嘅主體 配上咖啡黑芝麻果凍做蛋黃 仲有白朱古力嘅子薑 😂 佢地嘅外型同加埋塊子薑真係設計得幾細心! 鍾意榛子味加朱古力嘅一定唔會失望因為榛子味好濃好出🌰 蛋黃嘅果凍口感係有嘅但係咖啡同芝麻味都唔係好食到 鍾意朱古力榛子醬味道嘅我都幾滿意🤙🏻
🐮 黑白奶罐 Milk Tin Panna Cotta ($65)
呢款係最失望嚕因為海鹽焦糖奶凍太太太甜又溶晒 一切開個白朱古力外罐已經瀉晒出黎 店舖介紹話有冧酒牛油蛋糕但因為mousse溶晒變相蛋糕體都淋濕晒 冧酒味都食唔到喔因為個焦糖味太甜搶晒focus! 整體呢款最失色喔😭

啱啱開舖嘅時候呢間甜品店真係大大大大排長龍 而家終於唔使排隊都買到 一直想試但又好驚呢啲靚靚甜品通常得個樣for打卡會唔好味 今次用海港城coupon半價買到一於外賣返屋企試下原來幾出色喔 絕對唔係虛有其表!!!😆 另外要讚佢除左甜品用上香港本土食物做藍本 佢地外賣盒嘅紅白藍設計一樣好靚!!!🤍 盒入面有冰種 又有透明膠架固定住啲甜品 所以外賣都keep到形態好好👍🏻 ps明明一返到屋企都係成盒入雪櫃 其餘幾款嘅溫度形狀都無問題唔知點解黑白奶罐個款溶得咁緊要真係比較可惜😢
