咁難得有得入大埔就梗係要籍此搵好嘢食啦😝 行過太和路見到我學生時期最鍾意食嘅車仔麵舖🍜 望到裡面嘅裝潢完全似足懷舊風嘅粵劇劇場,咁食物都應該都好有特色掛😜 呢間餐廳喺上年六月開業,主要想俾食客可以食返以前車仔麵傳統嘅風味🔙 佢地價錢親民,而且全部配料都係劃一價錢,咁當然份量上會唔同啦😇This restaurant attracted me with its spectacular interior, decorated as if it was a Chinese opera theatre. 湯底揀左少辣嘅「求其辣汁」,辣油的確唔多所以唔係好覺辣,反而食得出湯底清香嘅甜道😙 麵類轉左烏冬,因為我鐘意佢軟糯嘅口感,而且非常掛湯💦
配菜叫左麻甩辣魷魚,口感夠爽嫩,唯獨係因為浸左落啲湯到所以失去調味,如果想點嘅建議要求另上🦑 水雞姐牛丸同埋香菇貢九好彈牙,兩者裡面有唔少氣孔,做到爆汁效果😍 多汁多水冬菇對得住嘅名,索曬啲湯汁好入味🍄 最後生菜同時菜份量好大,差唔多有半碗咁多🥬
I chose their mild spicy soup and udon noodles. For sides, I got their Mala Squid, however it kind of lost its flavours in the soup. The beef balls and pork balls were very bouncy and flavourful. The shiitake mushrooms were very juicy, and the amount of veggies were insane.

Mian Pou Saliva Chicken
口水雞嘅靈魂一定係佢嘅麻辣油,用左辣椒同埋花椒去特出麻香味🌶️ 雞肉唔算最嫩滑,但淨係啲醬汁個香氣已經夠令我流曬口水🤤
Although the chicken wasn’t the most tender, the sauce made up for it and definitely made me salivate.

Soft Century Egg
皮蛋蛋黃入口即溶,蛋香味十足🥚 凝固左嘅蛋白富有彈性,可以同時享受軟滑和清爽口感🥳
The yolk was melty and the outer layer had a bounce that created two different textures.

Hot Milk Tea
用左充滿中國特色嘅紙杯裝著好得意🥰 茶味濃醇,入口順滑,裡面仲見到一粒粒茶葉添☕️
The cup it came in was very cute. The aroma of tea really came through and you could even see some speckles of tea leaves in there.
